Svetlana Negashova

Svetlana is a former ballet dancer and a national norwegian wushu and taiji champion. The main intention behind all Svetlana’s teaching is to fine-tune the bodymind of every individual to it’s maximum potential, to inspire others to be creators of their own lives, by directing awareness and energy. Svetlana’s classes create a state of empty mind, where the inner dialogue stops and creativity starts to flow freely. Svetlana believes that everyone has an immense potential for growth, transformation and creativity and she is very humbled to guide her clients on that path through the means of physical hatha yoga practice and meditation.
